Chapelbrow - Lookout Mountain, GA

A master planned community for a 96 acre site adjacent to Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, GA.  The community has a variety of residential products which include Estate Lots, Cottages, Villas and an Assisted Living Center.  Due to the close proximity to Covenant College, the residents will have access to the College facilities and amenities.  The planning principles include (1) establishing a community in harmony with the College, (2) preserving the natural drainage and vegetation of the site, (3) defining distinct neighborhoods that take advantage of the slope and enhance views, (3) establishing an internal trail and open space network within the community.

The design efforts include extensive site inventory and analysis, developing opportunities and constraints, defining program and product types, a development plan, conceptual master plans, and lotting diagrams.
